Darlington Lights

It’s Lights, Disco, Darlington as the first main event of the year gets underway in the town centre from Saturday 4 until Sunday 12 February.

Darlington Lights will see a wide range of light art installations throughout the town, giving visitors the chance to stop for selfies and even walk through some of the dazzling creations.

Not only will you have the chance to view some spectacular light art pieces, you're also invited to join Darlington's first ever town-wide silent disco.

The one time only, glow in the dark themed silent disco will take place on Friday 10 February at 6pm and 7pm.

Disco goers will take part in an exclusive dancing tour, starting at Duke Street, meandering through the yards and Skinnergate while listening to some top tracks from the 80s and eras beyond. You'll stop off to discover light displays by local businesses and dance under the fabulous golden disco globe in Mechanic's Yard.
