Physique is a gym and physical wellbeing hub in Darlington's McMullen road. The gym has an extensive range of equipment from free-weights to cardio and beyond. Physique also runs a full timetable of classes hosted by well qualified staff. Classes offered include yoga, spin, body blast and a whole lot more!

Physique is the only gym in Darlington to offer a dedicated creche service supporting families to get back to the gym.
