First published: Tuesday 14 Jul 2020

To open safely, we’re limiting visitor numbers and you’ll need to book your visit in advance. Sadly, if you don't book, you will be turned away, including annual membership pass holders.

Please do not arrive before your time slot. Sadly, if you're more than 10 minutes late, we won't be able to guarantee you entry.

Please book one ticket per person visiting including children and under 5's, if you have an annual membership pass you will still need to book for how many people are visiting.

Admission charge has been reduced to adults - £3.75, Annual Membership pass (2 adults and 4 children) - £10, all children under 16 are free. Please indicate what type of ticket you would like and payment will be taken once you arrive at the Museum via contactless card. Annual family membership pass number should be entered when prompted.

Please have your ticket ready to show staff. If you are requesting free admission e.g. carer, member of an onsite tenant organisation, you must bring your carers card or membership card with you.

Tickets available online.

We’ve made some changes so your visit will be different from what you’re used to, please follow any signs or guidance from staff.

Please follow social distancing and government guidance.

So we can open safely, some exhibition rooms will be unavailable and refreshments will be take away only.

Children must be supervised at all times.

In accordance with the Government Guidance on opening museums we’ve been asked to collect visitor’s contact details to support NHS Test and Trace. Your information will only be used where necessary to help stop the spread of COVID-19, we will store it securely and delete it after 21 days
